Victor Hugo

Though regarded in France as one of that country’s greatest poets, he is better known abroad for such novels as Notre-Dame de Paris (1831) and Les Misérables (1862).

Magnus Carlsen

(born 30 November 1990) is a Norwegian chess grandmaster, and the current World Chess Champion. Carlsen was a chess prodigy, and became a chess grandmaster in 2004 at the age of 13 years, 148 days, which made him the third-youngest grandmaster in history.

Gordie Howe

(March 31, 1928 – June 10, 2016) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. From 1946 to 1980, he played twenty-six seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) and six seasons in the World Hockey Association (WHA); his first 25 seasons were spent with the Detroit Red Wings. Nicknamed "Mr. Hockey", Howe is considered the most complete player to ever play the game and one of the greatest ice hockey players of all time.
